Two Kurdish Prisoners have been released on bail over the past days, a local source told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

Sarkawt Goudarzi, who was arrested on August 7, 2019 by security forces in Kamyaran, was released on September 16 on a bail of 300 million Tomans.

Goudarzi was previously transferred to Kamyaran Prison after two months of interrogation at the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre in Sanandaj.

Meanwhile, Khalid Soori, a Kurdish civilian from Marivan who was arrested on July 14, 2019, was released on bail after his interrogations had ended.

The two Kurdish civilians were charged with “collaboration” with Iranian Kurdish armed opposition groups.

According to KHRN statistics, more than 22 Kurdish activists and civilians who were previously detained in the cities of Kamyaran, Marivan and Divandareh are still under interrogation at the Sanandaj Intelligence Bureau.
