Security forces have arrested two Kurdish Civilians, Aram Nikpey and Abdullah Beshtam from “Ney village” of Marivan during the past couple of days.
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has obtained information that security forces have arrested these two Kurdish youths in their village of Ney without providing an arrest warrant on Sunday evening, Aug 18, 2019.
There is no information on the whereabouts and the fate of these two civilians.
