Borhan Adawayian and Aram Adwayee, arrested by security forces on January 07, 2019, were released on bail on February 25, 2019 after the interrogations were completed. Abdullah Adwayee, also arrested on February 11, was released on bail on February 27.”, A member of Adwayee’s family told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

According to this source, Mohsen Adwayee another detained civilian from Celin is still in the custody of the Marivan Intelligence Office.

It is noteworthy that the village of Celin is located in the Hooraman area of Sarvabad where the IRGC intelligence unit and Ministry of intelligence forces put pressure on the villagers each year under the pretext of the possible cooperation of the villagers with Kurdish opposition parties. In recent years, a large number of villagers have been summoned, interrogated and arrested in this regard.
