Three Kurdish civilians Saed Banafshi, Ibrahim Hossein Nejad and Nafeh Minayi  detained during the November protests in the cities of Sanandaj and Saqqez were released on bail on 12 December, a source told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

Ibrahim Hossein Nejad and Nafeh Minayi arrested during the recent protests in the city of Saqqez, were released on 10 December after completing their interrogation on a bail of 500 million Tomans.

Saed Banafshi, another detainee of November protests in Sanandaj, was also transferred to court from the Ministry of the Intelligence Detention Centre in Sanandaj on 11 December who was also released on a bail of 200 million Tomans.

The release of the three Kurdish civilians has taken place while the detention of civilians in various cities by the Intelligence Bureau and the Islamic Republic of Iran Guard Corps (IRGC) continues.

More than a thousand civilians have been detained by the Iranian security forces in the Kurdish cities of Iran during the November protests. The KHRN has previously released the identity of more than 156 detainees in an exlusive report.

Saed Banafshi
