A Prisoner Hanged on Drug-Related at Kashmar Prison
On morning, Aug 13, a prisoner held at Kashmar Prison was hanged on drug-related charges Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified this prisoner as Seyed Reza Dabbagh, a 34-year-old residence of Kashmar, who was arrested about two years ago and sentenced to death for carrying 5 kg of heroin. The national media have not announced the news of the execution of this prisoner.
