Kurdish Tradesman Killed in Anti-Smuggling Police Chase in Javanrood
Iranian Anti-Smuggling officers chased a vehicle belonging to a tradesman in Javanrood on 23 October who led up to his death, a local source told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN). Local tradesman Namdar Salehzadeh lost his life after his vehicle overturned. The Anti-Smuggling officers chased Kurdish tradesman Salehzadeh’s vehicle despite knowing that he was transporting raisins not any prohibited products.
