Kurdish Civilian Taken to Prison to Serve his Prison Term
Farooq Khani, a Kurdish civilian from the village of Sharifabad of Diwandara,Kurdistan province, has been sent to Sanandaj Central Prison to serve his seven-month imprisonment sentence. The Kurdish civilian was arrested on Sept 12, 2019, by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and released on bail on Oct 7, 2019.
