Kurdish Civilian Arrested in Sanandaj
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has been informed that Amir Goyli, a civilian of Sanandaj, was arrested by security forces at his family home on February 05 and taken to the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre in Sanandaj.
