A Kurdish civilian from Kamyaran was released on bail and a bail warrant was issued for two other civilians, a source told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN)

The source added that Kurdish civilian Mohammad Khateri, who was arrested by the security forces at the village of Shahini in Kamyaran on August 6, 2019, was released on bail of 300 million tomans.

Likewise, the Kamyaran court has also issued bail warrants of 500 million and 400 million tomans for the release of Hossein Kamangar and his nephew Borhan Kamangar respectively.

Hussein Kamangar and Borhan Kamanger were detained by the security forces in Kamyaran on January 5 and October 7 respectively.

According to statistics compiled by KHRN since mid-January 2019, at least 22 civilians and activists from Kamyaran have been detained by the security forces. Meanwhile, more than 25 civilians have also been arrested by the Intelligence Department of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corp (IRGC) and Intelligence Service. These civilians were summoned and interrogated for several hours.

However, only Hussein Kamangar, Borhan Kamangar and Basam Moradi are still being held at Kamyaran Prison while other detainees have been temporarily released on bail.
