Kurdistan Human Rights Network- Abdullah Abbasi, the religious lecturer of Imam Bukhari in Sanandaj, was summoned to the Intelligence Office of Kurdistan province on Wednesday, February 05, for questioning about his activities.
According to the telegram channel called Qur’an School, Abdullah Abbasi has been interrogated for one hour and a half about his activities and travel to Dubai about 8 years ago after attending the Intelligence Office of Kurdistan.
He is a lecturer at the office of the People’s Ruler of Kurdistan and a lecturer at the Imam Bukhari School (Women’s section) of Religious Sciences in Sanandaj.
Abbasi was detained by the Intelligence Agency in Sanandaj for 40 days after returning from the trip. He was eventually sentenced to six months of imprisonment which was suspended for five years following an indictment filed by the Intelligence Office.
