Two Kurdish cultural activists called Mohyeddin Asghari and Sohbat Omidi have been released on a bail of 200 million tomans during the past few days.  However, the Yarsan civil activist named Khalil Asadi Bojani still remains in Dizelabad Prison of Kermanshah due to his family’s inability to secure the bail of 210 million tomans.

Sohbat Omidi and Mohyeddin Asghari were arrested and transferred to the detention centre by the Intelligence unit of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on November 29.

Omidi was wounded by security forces and taken to a detention facility while in urgent need of medical attention.The two Kurdish cultural activists were initially transferred to Branch 7 of the Kermanshah Public Prosecution and Revolutionary Court upon being detained. They were then transferred back to the detention centre where their details were recorded and their verdict was served on them.
Khalil Asadi Bojani was arrested on November 20 at his family’s home in Jafarabad, Kermanshah.

The Yarsan activist has had a phone call with his family, during which he informed them that he had been transferred to Dieselabad prison in Kermanshah.
