Amanj Nikpay, a 22-year-old Kurdish civilian from the village of Ney, has been arrested by the Intelligence Unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) in Marivan.
According to the latest reports, the Kurdish civilian still remains in detention while there is no exact information on the reason for his arrest.
