Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified the prisoner as Javad Gol Niyat, from Khoy.

Prisoners Fakhraddin Mangournezhad and Abbas Dadvar were executed on 7 March in Mahabad Prison, West Azerbaijan Province, on charges of "premeditated murder". Prisoner Saeid Rezaei, previously sentenced to death for "premeditated murder", was today transferred to solitary confinement in Orumiyeh Central Prison, West Azerbaijan Province, for the imminent execution of his sentence.
