Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN): A worker, ‘Isaac Rouhi” was returned to the Sanandaj Central Prison quarantine due to his inability to secure his 500 million Tomans bail.

“On May 1, 2019, Isaac Rouhi was arrested by security forces when he intended to accompany his family to the International Labour Day at Naysar town in Sanandaj. The agents then took the family back to their house and searched the house. A reliable source told KHRN.

According to the source, “Isaac Rouhi was transferred to the Quarantine of Sanandaj Central Prison from the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre in Sanandaj after 12 days. He was scheduled to be released on bail after being transferred to branch 2 of the Public Prosecution and Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj yesterday.”
