Civil right activist Akbar Goyli, who is also a former political prisoner, was rearrested by the Iranian security forces after attending the Sanandaj Judiciary and transferred to an unknown location on 7 December.
Akbar Goyli had been summoned to court when arrested. No exact information was available about the reasons of his arrest at the time of airing the report.
Guili was detained by the security forces in Sanandaj on 20 August.
He was transferred to the court from the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre in Sanandaj on 8 September and released on a bail of 500 million tomans.
