Five Kurdish activists were arrested in Marivan and surrounding villages transferred to an unknown location by security forces affiliated with the Marivan intelligence Office and .
A reliable source from Marivan has told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) that the ministry of intelligence in Marivan had summoned four activists- Ali Rezaei and Omid Salehi, from the village of Gouzak Kavir, Fateh Hoshmand from the village of Yingyaj and Guran Qorbani from Marivan- and arrested them. The afore-mentioned people have then been transferred to an unknown location.
At the same time, the security forces have stormed into “yadgar deljou” shop on Shabrang Street of Marivan and attempted to arrest him.
Two of the arrested activists, Goran Ghorbani and Fateh Hoshmand, are members of the Green Chya Association of Marivan.
The reason for arrest and whereabouts of these people are still unknown.
