Despite the fact that three days have passed since the arrest of Ezat Nasri, a Kurdish Labor activist from Saqqez, there is no information available on his fate.

“On Saturday, Dec 23, 2017, security forces arrested Ezat Nasri at Saqqez main square and transferred him to an unknown location,” a source told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

Despite his family’s follow-up with the judicial and intelligence authorities of Saqqez there is still no information available about the reason and location of his arrest.

“Mr Nasri has been summoned and interrogated many times over the past few years for participating in International Women’s and Labor Day ceremonies.”, the source continued.
