In the last few weeks, a female student from Bukan ended her life by hanging herself.
According to the reports received by Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN), a student terminated her life by hanging herself for unknown reasons.
Her name was Derakhshan Mohammadzadeh, 24-year-old. She was a student at the University of Applied Science and Technology.
It should be noted that another woman called Shilan Amini set herself on fire and ended her life in the same month.
Unfortunately, the rate of suicide in Kurdistan has been significantly rising due to various factors such as unemployment, poverty and family issues.
