Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified this prisoner as Seyed Reza Dabbagh, a 34-year-old residence of Kashmar, who was arrested about two years ago and sentenced to death for carrying 5 kg of heroin.
The national media have not announced the news of the execution of this prisoner.

Prisoners Fakhraddin Mangournezhad and Abbas Dadvar were executed on 7 March in Mahabad Prison, West Azerbaijan Province, on charges of "premeditated murder". Mangournezhad, from Oshnavieh, West Azerbaijan Province, and Dadvar, from Mahabad, were arrested about four years ago for the "premeditated murder" of two brothers in Sardasht, West Azerbaijan Province.
Prisoner Saeid Rezaei, previously sentenced to death for "premeditated murder", was today transferred to solitary confinement in Orumiyeh Central Prison, West Azerbaijan Province, for the imminent execution of his sentence.
