Kurdistan Human Rights Network(KHRN): The Labour activist “Towfiq Mohammadi” was transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison after 45 days of detention at the Ministry of Intelligence Detention Centre.
This labour activist was arrested by security forces on March 9, 2019 at his workplace in Sanandaj.
Although Towfiq Mohammadi was transferred to the prison with a temporary arrest warrant, branch 2 of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court announced that he would not be released until his hearing.
